Respect and diversity
The Quran describes human diversity as a sign of God, not a reason for division. Racism, mockery and looking down on others have no place in Islam.
49:13 O mankind, We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into races and tribes, so that you may identify one another. Surely the noblest of you, in Allah’s sight, is the one who is most pious of you. Surely Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.
Humanity was made into nations and tribes to know one another. The most honoured is the most God-conscious.

30:22 And among His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the difference of your tongues and colors. Surely in this there are signs for the persons having knowledge.
The variety of your languages and colours is one of God's signs.
49:11 O you who believe, no men should ever scoff at other men. May be, the latter are better than the former. Nor should women (ever scoff) at other women. May be, the latter women are better than the former ones. And do not find fault with one another, nor call one another with bad nicknames. Bad is the name of sinfulness after embracing Faith. If anyone does not repent, then such people are the wrongdoers.
Don't mock other people or insult them with nicknames; they may be better than you.

60:8 Allah does not forbid you as regards those who did not fight you on account of faith, and did not expel you from your homes, that you do good to them, and deal justly with them. Surely Allah loves those who maintain justice.
Be kind and just to those who have not fought you over your religion.

Does Islam force people to become Muslim?
No. The Quran says plainly that there is no compulsion in religion (2:256). Faith that is forced isn't faith at all. Islam asks people to believe out of conviction, and Islamic law protected the right of Christians, Jews and others to keep their own religion.
